1. Who we are

Beat Magnus ("we", "us") is a golf performance platform that publishes weekly skill challenges, scores player submissions, and maintains leaderboards. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information at signup, including a truthful handicap, so leaderboards remain fair. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that submit false scores, abuse other players, or otherwise violate these Terms.

3. Membership and billing

Paid memberships renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your Account page; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion.

4. Submissions and fair play

Submitted scores must reflect a genuine attempt at the published challenge. We may require video proof and may reject or remove any submission we believe is inaccurate. Repeated false submissions can result in a ban.

5. Content and IP

Challenge instructions, demo videos, quick-tip videos and other coaching content are the intellectual property of Beat Magnus and its contributors. You may use them for your personal practice only.

6. Liability

Beat Magnus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Golf practice carries inherent physical risk; you are responsible for your own safety.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify members of material changes by email.
