What we collect

Account info you give us (name, email, country, handicap, public display name), submission data (scores, optional notes, optional video links) and basic technical data (IP, device, browser) for security and analytics.

How we use it

To run the service: authenticate you, display leaderboards, deliver challenges, process payments, and email you about your account. If you opt in, we also send occasional product updates.

What's public

Your public display name, handicap bracket and submitted scores appear on leaderboards visible to other members. Your email, full name and exact handicap are not shown publicly.

Who we share with

Trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, database, payments) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can edit your profile, cancel your membership, or delete your account at any time from the Account page. To request a full data export or deletion, email privacy@beatmagnus.com.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
